Our founder, Campbell Venning, started his property journey at the age of 23 and has been in the industry for over 30 years. Campbell loves to work at the coalface with buyers, vendors and developers across all types of property transactions.
Campbell’s real estate expertise spans property management, renovations, new-build sales, commercial and industrial leasing, sales and development advisory and property development.
As a hands-on property expert, Campbell has seen everything that can go right and wrong when it comes to property decisions and transactions. His judgement, knowledge and experience has helped thousands of his clients to make sound and informed property decisions.
Campbell is passionate about helping young people get onto the property ladder. His end goal with property clients is wealth creation and to provide an income in retirement. He believes residential property offers the easiest, safest and lowest risk way to create wealth for retirement.
